Sometimes I will also just go on about different methods to prepare a car for detailing, what detailing is all about and the processes to achieve NEAT cars.
This post is about who I am and why I decided to start this business.
My name is Rodolfo Cruz, you can call me Rudy, I am a Cybersecurity Analyst, I own Ghost Systems, Inc. and have strong accounting background. I am the oldest of three, born and raised in Laredo. So, why the career change? My decision was not easy, just as any first step to a new direction. I have always loved cars. I always wanted to go to car shows, wanted to own an exotic car. I’ve always envisioned myself being around cars, in fact, I wanted to study Industrial Design and branch off to Auto Design. Due to recent events with the pandemic, becoming a father and seeing the stress my current profession holds specially with the raise of cyberattacks, I decided it was time to get a break from constantly having to stress my mind and do something I truly enjoy.
The goal with Neat Auto is to be able to give my customers the pride back of owning a car, being a sedan, coupe, SUV or truck, whatever you drive. Part of owning a vehicle is to take care of it, much as how you take care of a pet. It needs that special treatment, that extra touch of love. Yes, the objective of a car is to take you from point A to B, but how you get to your destination matters. You want people looking at your ride, that’s why you spent that extra money for those rims, that special paint, the tri-coat package, that wrap you applied, the aftermarket headlights/taillights. I know what your vehicle means to you, I know because I am a car guy. Now I have time to be part of this experience. I will make sure your vehicle is NEAT.
